Active participation can be submitted using a form that will be available on this tab starting January 8, 2024. Submissions are accepted in .pdf or .docx format. The Scientific Committee will decide on the qualification of submissions by March 15, 2024.

For detailed information on presentations:

Symposium:
A 90-minute presentation involving 3-4 individuals focusing on a common theme or topic. The symposium abstract should include the theme, an overall outline of the session, and a list of selected speakers with descriptions of their individual presentations. The symposium should allow 15 minutes for audience questions and potential dialogue between speakers.

Open Papers:
A 15-minute presentation on selected topics related to cognitive-behavioral therapy, followed by 5 minutes for audience questions. The abstract should not exceed 200 words.

Mid-Conference Workshops:
Practical workshops lasting 2 hours (including a 15-minute break), aimed at clinicians; organized during the conference. These workshops may take the form of Skills Lab for training specific therapeutic skills or Master Class, directed at advanced cognitive-behavioral therapy practitioners.

Poster:
Posters should be in A1 format (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm) - vertical. The abstract should not exceed 200 words. Poster presenters should be present at their station throughout the poster session, which will take place on Friday.

Abstract evaluation is a crucial stage in selecting presentations for the conference. Submitted abstracts will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Relevance to the conference theme, "Tailor-Made Cognitive – Behavioral Therapy."
2. Clear presentation of the main goals of the presentation/symposium/poster/workshop.
3. The timeliness and significance of the presentation's topic to the field.
4. Contribution of new perspectives, innovative approaches, or unique solutions to existing problems in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
5. For research presentations - adequacy and appropriateness of the research methodology.
6. For therapeutic presentations - the described approach's foundation in scientific literature and practical applicability.
7. Implications of the presentation/workshop/symposium/poster for clinical practice or further research.
8. Clarity and comprehensibility of the abstract for a broad audience.
9. Logical and clear structure of the abstract.
10. References to relevant theories, research, and literature related to the presentation's theme.
11. Demonstration of awareness of the current state of knowledge in the field.
12. Practical application of the abstract in the context of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
13. Potential benefits for clinical practitioners.
14. Potential contribution to the development of new/innovative ideas in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Applying these criteria will enable the Scientific Committee to select presentations that best represent innovation, scientific quality, and practical application in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Inclusivity:
"Tailor-Made Cognitive – Behavioral Therapy" prioritizes creating an open and accessible environment for all participants. We aim to consider diverse needs and limitations to ensure maximum inclusivity. Therefore, we encourage presenters to incorporate the following inclusivity principles into their preparations:

1. Material Accessibility:
   Presenters should provide materials in formats that are accessible and legible for participants with various needs, such as those with visual impairments. Please submit presentations, documents, and other materials in easily accessible formats, such as high-quality PDFs, with appropriate font sizes and text enlargement options.

2. Visual Accessibility:
   When using slides or other visual elements during the presentation, authors should ensure the clarity and contrast of text and graphics to enable participants with different visual abilities to benefit from these materials.

3. Physical Accessibility:
   If the workshop includes practical sessions or exercises, authors should ensure physical accessibility for participants with different mobility abilities. This may involve adjusting the space, providing mobility aids, or other measures to facilitate participation.

4. Interaction and Communication:
   During the presentation, we encourage open dialogue and communication, considering different communication styles and participants' needs. Please incorporate questions and comments from participants and allocate sufficient time to respond.
